Who’s behind Phrases Media?

Phrases Media was created by Nathan Frazer, a Senior Network Operations Coordinator based in Australia. Nathan works in radio and broadcast operations, where a lot of the job is solving practical problems under time pressure and supporting people who just want things to “work”.

That same mindset sits behind these tools. Each one started as a small idea to solve a specific problem: understanding redundancy payouts, planning parental leave, mapping out a process, or making rosters easier to read. None of them are meant to be complicated – they’re designed so that anyone can open the page and understand what to do in a few seconds.

What is Phrases Media trying to do?

The goal is simple: build small, focused tools that save people time and reduce stress. Instead of huge “all-in-one” systems, Phrases Media focuses on single-purpose apps that do one job well. That might be:
